Scheduler bookings
Every confirmed booking appears in the Bookings list, which shows who booked, when, for how long, whether payment was collected, and which booking page the booking came from. The list is the central place to manage, reschedule, and cancel bookings.
The bookings list
Each entry in the bookings list shows the client's name, the booking date and time, duration, status, and the scheduler the booking came from. The list supports full-text search across name, email, and notes, plus filtering by scheduler, status, and the date the booking was created. The list updates in real time as new bookings come in.
Booking details
Clicking a booking opens its detail page, showing all related information: the client's name and email, the selected time slot, the booking page used, payment amount and status, the video meeting link (if generated), and any notes the client entered during booking. Everything about the booking is visible in one view.
Rescheduling bookings
Bookings can be rescheduled to a different time. When a booking is rescheduled, a notification email goes to the client with the updated date, time, and meeting details. The calendar event updates automatically to reflect the new time.
Cancelling bookings
Cancelled bookings trigger an automatic notification to the client confirming the cancellation. The cancelled slot becomes bookable again on the booking page, so other clients can take that time. Automatic notifications on rescheduling and cancellation keep the client informed without manual follow-up emails, and the calendar stays accurate without needing to update events by hand.
