Scheduler and calendar settings
The Scheduler and Calendar workspace settings pages control whether the Scheduler feature is available, how scheduler IDs are numbered, and which calendars are connected to Plutio. Availability, buffers, and booking payment are configured per scheduler, not at the workspace level.
Scheduler workspace settings
The Scheduler settings page (Settings → Scheduler) has two controls:
- Enable Scheduler, a workspace-wide switch that turns the Scheduler feature on or off for everyone in the workspace.
- Scheduler number, sets the prefix and starting number used when new schedulers are created, so every scheduler created in the workspace gets an ID in a predictable format.
Everything else that affects how a scheduler behaves (the organizer, location, availability, durations and their costs, buffers, limits, Billing, Form, and Confirmation) is configured on each individual scheduler.
Calendar workspace settings
The Calendar settings page (Settings → Calendar) lists every calendar integration the workspace can connect to and their connection status. This is where Google Calendar is connected so synced events block bookable time on schedulers, and where connections to other supported calendar providers are managed.
The same page also has the calendar feed, a read-only link that publishes Plutio events to any calendar app that accepts a standard calendar subscription.
Notifications about bookings
Emails and push notifications for bookings are configured on the scheduler itself, in the scheduler's Notifications options. Each scheduler has its own toggles for the confirmation, cancellation, reminder, and due notifications, both for the organizer and the recipient.
