How do I get started with Plutio?

Create a free account, name your workspace, and follow the getting started guide. Branding, team invites, and your first invoice can all be set up in under 15 minutes. No credit card required.

How do I contact Plutio support?

Open a conversation from inside your Plutio workspace by clicking the chat icon in the bottom-right corner. The support team responds within a few hours on weekdays.

Can I recover a deleted invoice or project?

Yes. Deleted items move to the trash and stay recoverable for 30 days. Go to Settings, then Management, then Trash, find the item, and click Restore. The item returns to its original location with all data intact.

How do I set up online payments on invoices?

Go to Settings, then Integrations, and connect Stripe, PayPal, or Square. Once connected, every invoice includes a Pay Now button. Clients pick their preferred payment method, and Plutio marks the invoice paid automatically when the money arrives.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings, then Workspace, then General. Click Invite, enter the email address, assign a role, and send. The new member gets an email with a link to join your workspace.

Can I use my own domain for the client portal?

Yes. Go to Settings, then Customization, then Custom domain. Enter your domain and add the CNAME record to your DNS provider. Once verified, clients see your domain instead of plutio.com on every portal page.

How do I create a proposal with e-signatures?

Create a new proposal, add content and pricing, then turn on e-signatures in the proposal settings. When the client accepts, they sign electronically. Contracts can include multiple signees if more than one signature is needed.

Does Plutio connect to other tools?

Plutio connects natively with Stripe, PayPal, Square, QuickBooks, Xero, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. Zapier adds another 5,000+ apps. All integrations are included free on every plan.

How do automations work?
