Notes
Notes are a personal scratch pad built into your workspace. You can jot down ideas, meeting notes, checklists, or anything you need to remember, without creating a task or starting a conversation.
Accessing notes
Click the Notes icon in the productivity bar on the right side of your screen. A side panel opens with your notes list. Notes are also available on the mobile app.
Creating a note
- Open the notes panel from the productivity bar.
- Click the + button to create a new note.
- The note opens immediately with a blank title and body. Start typing.
Editing notes
Notes use the same rich text editor found across your workspace. You can add bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, lists, links, and other formatting. Changes save automatically as you type.
Browsing notes
Your notes list shows all your notes in the side panel. Click any note to open and edit it. Click the back arrow to return to the list.
Who can see notes
Notes are personal. Only you can see your own notes. They're not shared with team members or clients.
