How to pause a subscription

Pausing a subscription temporarily stops it from generating new invoices. Unlike cancelling, you can resume a paused subscription later.

Steps

1. Go to Financials → Subscriptions.
2. Open the active subscription.
3. Click Actions → Pause subscription.
4. Confirm the pause.

Resume a paused subscription

1. Open the paused subscription.
2. Click Actions → Resume subscription.
3. Confirm to reactivate it.

Note: The pause option only appears for active subscriptions. You need edit permission, or you need to be the subscription owner.
