How to cancel a subscription
Cancelling a subscription stops all future invoices from being generated. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and it can be reversed before that period ends.
Steps
- Go to Financials → Subscriptions.
- Open the active subscription.
- Click Actions → Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Note: Only active subscriptions can be cancelled. You need edit permission, or you need to be the subscription owner. If you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation before the current billing period ends, and the subscription will continue as normal.
