Wiki navigation block
The navigation block displays a list of child pages within the current wiki section, giving readers a clickable directory of related pages. It is added to new wiki pages by default and updates automatically as pages are added, removed, or rearranged.
How the navigation block generates
The navigation block reads the wiki's page tree and builds a linked directory of child pages automatically. Top-level child pages appear as entries, and their nested sub-pages appear beneath them. The list updates in real time as pages are added, removed, or rearranged in the wiki structure, which means the navigation always matches the current page hierarchy with no manual upkeep.
Placement and display
The navigation block can appear at the top of the page or alongside the content in a side panel, depending on the wiki's layout settings. Both placements keep the navigation visible as readers work through the page. On longer articles, the side panel keeps the page list in view while the reader scrolls, so navigation stays accessible at any scroll position.
