Email digest settings
Email digests summarise workspace activity into a scheduled email, so updates can be reviewed in one message instead of individual notifications throughout the day.
Digest frequency
Digests are sent daily at a configurable time, or disabled entirely. Each team member chooses their own send time and whether the digest is enabled from their personal notification preferences. There is no weekly digest option.
What the digest includes
The digest is a one-email summary of your overdue tasks and tasks due today that you created, are assigned to, or follow. It groups them by project so you can see at a glance what needs attention. Other things like new comments, messages, and approvals are not part of this digest, they have their own notifications and (for chat-style messages) their own grouped emails.
Digest and real-time notifications together
Digests and real-time notifications work independently. A team member can keep push and in-app notifications active for urgent events like mentions and payments, while relying on the daily digest for lower-priority updates like task assignments and approaching deadlines. Combining real-time alerts for high-priority events with a daily digest for task assignments, status changes, and approaching deadlines keeps the inbox focused without missing anything.
Digest preferences are personal to each team member and don't affect how other members receive their summaries.
