Add contributors to a project
You can add contributors to projects from the contributors tab within the project. Open the project you would like to invite people into. Click on contributors from the menu on the top, just under the project name. Click add someone to choose the contributor(s) you want to invite to that specific project.
Project statuses / workflow
A project can have a variety of “statuses”, each status representing the state of a project as it moves through its lifecycle. The default statuses for a project are: New, In-progress, Pending, Delayed, Completed, and Canceled. You can customise the default set of statuses from Settings > Project statuses.
Update project status
Projects usually go through different phases or stages before they are completed. Those phases or stages are set using a status. You can customise the default statuses from Settings > Project statuses. Each project have their status shown next to their name or ID. Simply hover-over the current status to open the statuses dropdown menu and select a new status.
