Customise the format of your invoice numbers
You can set a prefix, suffix or even start your invoices from a specific number. To access the settings page, click on "settings and options" form your main account menu, which you could access from hovering over your business logo or initials on the top left. Here's a quick video to show you how:
Invoice payment agreements
Every invoice has three different payment agreements that you can choose from; One time payment: is a standard one-off payment, paid only once. Recurring invoices: are invoices that are automatically sent to the customer for them to pay manually, each time. Recurring billing: are very convenient as you won't have to wait for the customer to pay or to repeatedly follow up for payments. Similarly, the customer does not have to repeatedly send manual payments.
Change invoice status
Each invoice have their status shown next to their name or ID. Simply hover-over the current status to open the statuses dropdown menu and select a new status. Change invoice status
Cancel or pause a recurring invoice or a subscription
Setting an invoice to recur will create a subscription profile. You can find all subscriptions in the subscriptions tab from your invoices page. To pause or delete a subscription; Click on the subscription profile to open it. From the three dots icon on the top right, click on "Stop subscription" or "Delete"
