Custom fields allows you to add more details to almost anything like tasks, projects and people profiles. For example, you can create task custom fields for tags, priority, estimates or anything else you can imagine! Security and data storage
Your connection to Plutio is encrypted using an SSL connection (Secure Sockets Layer). This is the standard in web security technology used for establishing a encrypted connection between a web server and a browser. The App is hosted on the official Meteor hosting platform, which runs on Amazon Virtual Private Cloud
Files upload limit
We don’t limit you on the number of files you can upload, as long as it is within reason and the usage is not abused.
Delete a business
Please proceed with caution and ensure you're logged-in into the business you would like to delete before proceeding, especially if you manage multiple businesses from the same account. Click on "Settings" from the main menu. Choose "Business details". Click on "Delete this business". Check your email for the confirmation email to deactivate your business.
Create new business
You can create and manage as many businesses as you want under one login. To create a new business, simply click on the "Create new business" button from your user menu a shown below, or click here for a direct link to the business creation page. Create multiple businesses
Customize daily digest email
Daily digest emails gives you a summary of all tasks that are overdue or due at the day. You can turn those emails on or off from the notifications centre, here is how: Hover-over the top left on your business initials or logo. Click on notification settings from the menu. You can then toggle the switch off or on and adjust the time those emails are sent. To edit or delete a comment you've already posted, simply hover over it and then click on edit or delete form the top right.
Add additional information to the business and profiles
Invoices and proposals has a header containing the business and the client information such as name, email, phone number and address. Update the default messages on outgoing emails
When sending an invite, a proposal or an invoice, we send an email with a pre-set default message. You can change those default messages by following the instructions below: Click on Settings from your main menu. Click on the General Settings tab. Navigate to the "Default messages" section and type in your preferred default message. That's it, your changes are updated instantly.
Overview of statuses
Each project, invoice and proposal go through a set of stages through their lifecycle. Those stages called statuses. Invoices and proposals have the same set of statuses as follows: Draft Pending Cancelled Overdue Invoices have a Paid status and proposals have an Approved status.
