FAQ
The Google integration under Personal integrations is only for authentication.
When you connect it:
You can log in to Plutio using “Continue with Google” instead of typing your email and password.
Your Google account is linked to your Plutio user, making sign-in faster and reducing the chance of forgotten passwords.
It does not sync your calendar or meetings. Those features are handled separately by the Google Calendar and Google Meet integrations.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Personal integrations.
Click Google.
Select Connect.
A Google window opens. Choose the Google account you want to link.
Review the permissions and confirm.
After this, your Plutio user will be tied to that Google account for sign-in.
Once connected:
Go to the Plutio login page.
Click “Continue with Google”.
Choose the same Google account you linked earlier.
You’ll be logged into the matching Plutio workspace user without entering your Plutio password.
If you no longer want to use Google for login:
Go to Settings → Integrations → Personal integrations.
Open Google.
Click Disconnect (or similar option).
You can still access your account using your email and Plutio password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset it.
-Does this affect my team?
No. This is a personal integration. Each user decides whether to connect their own Google account.
-Does this connect my Google Calendar?
No. Calendar sync is handled by the separate Google Calendar integration.
-Can I change which Google account is linked?
Yes. Disconnect the current Google integration, then reconnect and choose a different Google account during the Google prompt.
