With Zoom connected:
Plutio Scheduler can automatically create Zoom meetings when clients book time with you.
You can generate Zoom links directly from Plutio events instead of creating them manually in the Zoom app.
All meetings are created in your Zoom account, using your existing settings (waiting room, password, etc.).
Go to Settings → Integrations → Personal integrations.
Select Zoom.
Click Connect.
A Zoom window will open. Log in with the Zoom account you want to use.
Review the requested permissions and click Authorize.
After connecting, Zoom will appear as a location option when you schedule events.
Scheduler bookings
In your scheduling settings, choose Zoom as the conferencing option.
When a client books a slot, Plutio creates a Zoom meeting and includes the join link in event details and notifications.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Personal integrations.
Open Zoom.
Click Disconnect.
You can also revoke access from the Zoom App Marketplace if needed, which fully removes Plutio’s access to your Zoom account.
Existing Zoom meetings will still exist inside Zoom, but new Plutio events will no longer auto-create links.
