What the Google Calendar integration does
Connect Google Calendar to Plutio
How sync works
Disconnect Google Calendar
With Google Calendar connected:
Your Plutio calendar can sync with your Google Calendar, so you don’t have to jump between tools.
Events you create or update inside Plutio are reflected on your Google Calendar (and vice versa, depending on your sync settings).
You can see client meetings, internal events, and bookings all in one calendar view inside Plutio.
Before you start, make sure your Google integration is connected.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Personal integrations.
Choose Google Calendar.
Click Sign In With Google
Select which Google calendar(s) you want to sync with Plutio (e.g. “Work”, “Personal”).
Save your changes.
New events in Plutio
When you create an event in Plutio, it is pushed to the selected Google calendar.
Edits in Plutio
Updates to time, title, description or attendees in Plutio are sent back to Google Calendar.
Edits in Google Calendar
Depending on how the integration is configured, changes on the Google side can be pulled into Plutio, keeping both views aligned.
There may be a short delay (a few seconds) while sync happens in the background.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Personal integrations.
Open Google Calendar.
Click Disconnect.
Existing events will stay on both calendars, but new changes will no longer sync.
