Automations in Plutio are fired by “triggers” — events such as creating a task, updating a status, sending an invoice, or completing a form. Each time a trigger fires and runs an automation, it counts as one automation trigger.
With the Automation Triggers add-on, you increase the number of triggers available to your workspace (for example, +1,000 triggers per month). As automations run, Plutio tracks how many triggers have been used in your current billing cycle.
More Automation Capacity – Run more workflows without worrying about hitting a low trigger limit.
Less Manual Work – Automate repetitive actions like reminders, status updates, and notifications.
Consistency – Ensure key processes happen the same way every time, without relying on someone to remember.
Scalability – Support growing teams, more clients, and heavier usage by increasing trigger capacity as needed.
Once the Automation Triggers add-on is active, all automations in your workspace draw from the same shared pool of triggers. You can review your usage from the add-ons section and add more triggers if your automations are a core part of your daily operations.
