Project: This is where you can manage your clients and team mates on the activities / work you are performing. By default, clients can only see projects they are added to as members
Task Boards: you can add as many task boards as you want and even assign permissions to them (useful for "Internal" boards where you don't want your clients to see).
Task Groups: these are the columns where you place your tasks / cards. In the Kanban view, you can drag and drop your tasks into different groups. The groups can represent stages, or the people who are working on the tasks inside it.
Tasks: these are the cards where you will be able to assign, set due dates, and many more.
Subtasks: hidden inside tasks as checklist items
This allows for clear organization and flexibility across any type of workflow.
