Emails sent from us (@plutio.com) are monitored and optimized by us for optimal delivery.
As soon as you connect your own custom email we no longer have control over the emails nor access to the logs as the emails now sent by your provider, not us.
By default, custom emails work fine the majority of times, however, sometimes due to the way your emails could be set up you may need to add additional configurations to make them work.
