Messengers are live-chat widgets that can be added to proposals, invoices and wikis or easily embedded into your website.

Show a messenger (live chat widget) on public pages such as proposals, invoices, contracts, shared project boards and even wikis. Making it effortless for your clients to get in touch and ask questions without having to leave the page.

Connect a messenger to a wiki:

  1. Click on Wiki from the main menu.

  2. Open the Wiki settings page by clicking on the “settings” icon which will appear on hover-over the Wiki name.

  3. Towards the end of the settings page there should be a “Connect a messenger” section.

  4. Select the messenger from the dropdown menu to connect it.

Connect to a publicly shared project:

  1. Open the project.

  2. From the project options menu “three dots icon” on the top right side, click on Share.

  3. Select the messenger from the dropdown menu to connect it.

Connect to proposals, invoices and contracts:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page.

  2. Click on "Inbox" and then “Messenger”.
