If you are trying to connect a custom domain to your workspace and you are receiving the error "Your connection is not private", this can be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Give it some time if you have just connected your domain to Plutio as it can take up to 24 hours to propagate.

  2. Be sure that you are not also using a wildcard SSL across all of your subdomains. Although, this should not be an issue.

  3. Please double check that when adding DNS records that they are not proxied.

For example: When using Cloudflare, please be sure that when adding your DNS records that you click on the orange cloud icon. Be sure that it turns grey.
