If you are trying to reset your password, change your account's login details or any other action that requires an email confirmation but you are not receiving any, then it is most likely that your email has been blocked and our system is no longer sending emails.
Why?
Not receiving emails usually indicates that the email address is currently blocked by our system from further delivery attempts. Because during a previous delivery attempt to this mailbox, the recipient's email provider returned an error to us indicating that the mailbox/email-address does not exist, or is invalid for some reason. As such, we automatically block the address to protect both your and our sending reputation. High bounce rates negatively impact sending reputation, which in turn lessens your chances of optimal deliverability significantly.
The solution:
Send an email to [email protected] from the affected email and we will unblock the email. This process usually takes 24 hours.
