Your timezone is automactully set when you signup, but you can override it from your profile settings page. Here's how:

Click on "Settings" from the main menu and then click on "My account". You can also navigate to the page directly using this link: http://app.plutio.local/settings/profile
Change the timezone from the personalisation section, and that's it, your changes are automatically saved.

Those changes only effect you and not the business. You can change the business timezone from the "Business details" tab in Settings.
