Your connection to Plutio is encrypted using an SSL connection (Secure Sockets Layer). This is the standard in web security technology used for establishing a encrypted connection between a web server and a browser.

All data that is transmitted between our server and your browser is protected and encrypted.
The Plutio app is built using Meteor and MongoDB.

The App is hosted on the official Meteor hosting platform, which runs on Amazon Virtual Private Cloud and uses Amazon EC2 with Docker container (virtual server).

More about Galaxy security can be found here: http://galaxy-guide.meteor.com/security.html.

The database is hosted on the official MongoDB Atlas.

All storage volumes are encrypted and we have point-in-time backups which allows us to restore data to any time (1 minute interval) during the last 24 hours. Anything after 24 hours is backed-up hourly.
