Your connect to Plutio is enforced with an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

The Plutio app is built using Meteor and MongoDB.

The App is hosted on the official Meteor hosting platform, which runs on Amazon Virtual Private Cloud and uses Amazon EC2 with Docker container (virtual server).

The database is hosted on the official MongoDB Atlas.

All storage volumes are encrypted and we have point-in-time backups which allows us to restore data to any time (1 minute interval) during the last 24 hours. Anything after 24 hours is backed-up hourly.
